The company sought a solution to the cumbersome freelance and contract employment processes. It wanted to get back to focusing on its core business of providing high value media productions. With complicated workflows, the company faced challenges in adopting consistent onboarding practices and automating its payroll with unique pay period requirements.
We worked with the company to adopt a custom onboarding and payroll administration solution. We took over the company’s onboarding processes and implemented consistent practices for new employees. In addition, we provided the company with UpGlide, our proprietary talent management software, to automate timesheet collection, submittals, and approval. With the flexibility of UpGlide, we were able to accommodate the company’s unique pay period requirements to simplify payroll administration.
