After global expansion, the company found it challenging to centralize staff augmentation processes around its contingent workforce program. This included managing candidates, employees, vendors, and payroll. The company’s manual-intensive processes made it difficult to have a holistic understanding of its program performance. Without unifying data sources, the company did not have a way to track spend, documentation, and headcount of its contingent workforce.
We worked with the company to support a fully transparent contingent workforce program. A custom MSP solution with payroll administration and vendor management was implemented. We assigned a dedicated program manager to facilitate the program. The solution helped to streamline onboarding, payroll, and tax compliance of contingent workers. Technology was used to automate reporting.
